Seth Gilmore

Seth leads business development at Cornerstone Homes, bringing more than two decades of hands on experience in the housing and pre-construction industry. His journey began early – working job sites alongside his father at Gilmore Builders, a family-run building company – instilling a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. Over the years, Seth has collaborated with clients across the U.S. and Canada on a wide range of timber frame projects, from 300-square-foot treehouses to expansive resort-style lodging and commercial buildings. He has dedicated over ten years with Cornerstone, honing his expertise in both residential and commercial construction. In addition to holding a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Seth is a licensed real estate broker, offering clients a well-rounded perspective that bridges both the construction and real estate sides of development.

When he’s not working, Seth enjoys spending time outdoors, especially boating and fishing with his friends and family.
