Brian is a California native who began his career with Cornerstone Homes as a laborer almost eight years ago upon earning his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Colorado Boulder. Brian gained hands-on experience learning the trades from framing and welding to custom finish work before quickly being promoted to a Site Supervisor and eventually transitioning in to project management. As a Project Manager, Brian’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the overall development of the entire project from pre-construction services to closeout documents. This consists of providing budgets, estimating take offs, value engineering, qualifying bids, project scheduling, and taking point as the liaison between the clients, architects, engineers, and vendors. Throughout construction, Brian monitors and coordinates work performed by field staff and subcontractors ensuring that project operations comply with the design and building codes. Brian brings a well-rounded wealth of knowledge in residential construction from building modern dwellings in downtown Boulder to timber frame homes on challenging sites in the mountains.
